Job Description:
Provide direct financial support to the Global Supply Chain Management teams involving strategic sourcing decisions and purchase cost reduction initiatives.

Specific areas of responsibility include:
- Lead procurement cost reduction initiatives by providing solid, proactive financial analysis
- Support Supply Chain Operations Review (SCOR)
- Support quarterly Operating Management Meeting (OMM) forecast process
- Assist in the monthly financial close
- Support high visibility reporting requirements
- Coordinate ad-hoc requests involving Commodity, Vendor, P&W Program, and other relevant cost streams
- Actively participate in all ACE initiatives including process improvement and/or VSM events

Job Requirements:
Candidate Must Have : Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance, MBA and/or CPA preferred

Must have 5 years experience in finance and/or accounting

Possess strong financial analysis, leadership, database, ERP/SAP, accounting, and communication skills

Candidate must have demonstrated ability to adapt to frequent changes in customer requirements and priorities

Additional Information : Strong knowledge of SAP or similar ERP environment is required along with demonstrated technical capabilities with databases, Hyperion, and Microsoft Office Tools. This position is located in East Hartford.
