Supervises assigned staff to verify that the Contractor?s activities are monitored and controlled in accordance with design specifications and contractual requirements. Primary on-site liaison between Client, Company Personnel and Contractor for resolution of project issues. Implement on-site procedures to assist staff in performing their work Collect data to brief Client on Project Issues and provide possible resolutions Review and draft responses to Contractor?s correspondence as required Read and Interpret plans Monitor Contractor progress and compare with reviewed Progress Schedule Mentor and train staff Administer JPI?s and Budget Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field plus 20 years of relevant experience. Professional Engineer (PE) License required.
