Permanent – Engineer (customer support)
My Global client is currently looking to fill a new opening of Customer Support Engineer within the team.
The primary focus of a Depot Customer Service Engineer is to provide technical support and services to customers and their instruments. You will demonstrate the ability to diagnose and resolve problems on sophisticated electronic, mechanical, and optical instrumentation in an in-house depot repair environment.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a College or University Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology with One to two years of successful service experience preferred but recent graduates also considered. Preferred experience with life science instrumentation, repairing and servicing equipment and/or software.
An understanding of electronic principles, mechanical engineer principles is an asset along with the ability to install software, hardware and add-ons, networking fundamentals.
