Provides financial solutions to include deposit, loan, mortgage, small business, and investment services. Provides exceptional customer in every customer interaction. Apply and maintain all KYC policies and procedures to ensure full compliance at all times. The following responsibilities relate the growth of International Private Advisory Group RM through Retention, Expansion of Customer Relationships, Customer Relationships, and acquisition in the International Market: Proactively manages a portfolio of relationships/households with minimum combined balances of $250m in loans (excluding mortgages), deposits and investments Works to build a long-term advisory relationship with each client by analyzing situations from the clients' perspective and with the goal of achieving results with are in the best interest of the client and Wachovia Develops sales strategies for maintaining and further penetrating existing client relationships (includes pre-call planning and post-call follow-up activities) Executes market sales and service strategies Combines consultative sales approach and financial expertise to create value-added solutions for clients Places highest value on customer relationships by striving toward excellent customer service and producing customer satisfaction Effectively uses system and tools to manage and work daily sales activities Manages client relationships in the Book of Business to optimize growth.
