Facilitate the design development and deployment of strategic information capability. Coordinate the escalation of data and or query tools issues to the next level support. Partner with the national information management team in defining and executing on broader information management strategy. Accountable for creating a culture of compliance, ethics and integrity. Maintains knowledge of and assures departmental compliance with Kaiser Permanente's Principles of Responsibility and policies and procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements and accreditation standards. Responds appropriately, including required reporting, to observed fraud or abuse. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Bachelors degree required. Masters degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered. 5+ years of management experience preferably in a healthcare business environment, with customer service components. 3+ years experience in the deployment and management of Business Intelligence and reporting capabilities in a large scale analytic environment.
