Job Description:
Duties & Responsibilities: Directly leads dispensing, clinical, logistics, training and reimbursement operations. Indirectly leads call center and IT operations. Position reports to the General Manager. Drive key performance results (quality, service and productivity) Improves the effectiveness of Pharmacy operations through a formal continuous improvement process and leverages industry best practices. Plans and drives implementation of key project initiatives within the Pharmacy. Implements and sustains a strong performance management process and establishes an environment of operational excellence. Qualifications: 5 years of highly successful experience at a director of operations level of similar or greater scope. Prior specialty or mail order pharmacy leadership experience desired, or similar experience in a highly regulated environment. Demonstrated results in a low margin, rapid growth or turnaround environment. Formal continuous improvement training and experience leading projects.
