Job Description:
Reduce, analyze, and interpret data, which may require quantitative evaluation by pharmacokinetic and/or pharmcodynamic models. Prepare study reports and summaries supporting regulatory submissions. Interact with regulatory agencies on pharmacokinetic issues, study design and results in all phases of clinical development. Participate in cross functional project teams on product development and scientific and/or commercial activities, such as product opportunity assessment and publications. Requirements: Ph.D. in pharmacokinetics or pharmacy with specialization in pharmacokinetics. Eight + years' industry experience; especially with oral drug delivery systems. Experience conducting and analyzing human pharmacokinetic trials, including bioanalysis, applying IV/IVC studies and PK or PK/PD models to drug delivery systems. Experience having written clinical pharmacology and biopharmaceutics sections of NDA. Experience with small molecules preferred. Broad knowledge base of drug therapeutics. Knowledge of physiology as applied to drug therapy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work cross functionally, to negotiate and gain acceptance of initiatives.
