Job Description:
Elaborate the operational plan and ensure its accuracy in accordance with the objectives and strategy of the project, as agreed to by the project team.- Update plans consolidating all information granted from the team representatives and follow progress.- Anticipate major events/risks and impacts on milestones and propose solutions to the PRM team.- Establish a strong interface with project team members, Cluster within Clinical Function. Maintain strong collaboration within the PRM team and with resource managers.- Alert site head of planning and PRM team in case of major change in plans.- Participate to the elaboration of planning rules and procedures.- Take over any specific delegation assigned by the site head of planning.ecisions on deviations in the planning may be accepted or rejected for impact level 0-2. Decisions on deviations in the planning that result in impact level 3 or 4 must be made at PRM level.ect team members belonging to Clinical Function, Clinical Research Directors - high frequency; operational actors from the function (cluster and clinical trial team members), project managers/project directors, Planning manager of other function (Preclinical and Regulatory) heads of departments and representatives - moderate frequency.
