Weekends as required. Must be flexible to schedule. Schedule to be discussed during interview. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to train/coach employees. Outstanding organizational skills. Excellent quality and efficiency in current position.· Ability to motivate and to lead by example. PC skills a plus (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, LOTUS, etc.). Minimum 2 years of Supervisory/Management experience preferred. Registered pharmacist in the state of Ohio required. Demonstrated sound judgment and decision making skills.· Demonstrated attention to detail and task orientation. Familiarity with pharmacy operations a plus. Internal candidates must be employees in good standing, demonstrate minimum qualifications, and not be under disciplinary action. RESPONSIBILITIES Plan, direct and supervise the activities of the Pharmacy departments. Monitor daily operations to ensure achievement of department quality and service objectives. Assist in the department planning and management of appropriate staffing levels, schedules work flow, and problem resolution; coordinate work plans and activities with department supervisors and manager.
