Job Description:
The incumbent is also required to perform all tasks in a safe manner consistent with corporate policies and state and federal laws. The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned: - Manage the day-to-day activities of the Pharmacy Services Decision Support function and participate in continuous improvement of pharmacy reporting and analyses functions. - Advise management regarding trends in the pharmacy business and recommend courses of action. - Regulate the ad hoc data warehouse reporting request process to ensure incoming requests are clear and concise and that resulting analyses are thorough and timely. - Manage system development projects of the Pharmacy Services Decision Support function. - Act as Pharmacy Services liaison to data warehouse projects and other systems development projects Experience / RequirementsThe following qualities are required: - Committed to providing customer service that makes both internal and external customers feel welcome, important, and appreciated. - Ability to preserve confidentiality of information. - Ability and willingness to move with purpose and a strong sense of urgency. - Ability to work weekends or extended days on an occasional basis. - Accuracy and attention to detail. - Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks/projects. - Familiarity with industry/technical terms and processes. - Ability to work within strict time frames and resolute deadlines. - Be a team player - A commitment to excellence and best practices. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
