Finance Unit: Budget Execution Unit Working Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm or 9:00 am - 5:30 pm Relocation expenses will be borne by the FBI. Policy has been implemented wherein support employees entering a position through a competitive or non-competitive action may be precluded from moving to another position within the Bureau by means of reassignment or change to a lower grade for a minimum of 12 months. Key Requirements: Major Duties: Serves as Unit Chief. In this capacity, is responsible for directing all activities pertaining to the Unit. The mission of the Unit is to develop and issue confidential funding policy, train FBI personnel on related issues, maintain the Confidential Funding Guide, and ensure the integrity of confidential expenditure data entered into the Financial Management System. This includes the processing of Confidential invoices, vouchers, advancement of funds to undercover operations, verification of evidence for General ledger, and providing direction regarding the appropriate use of Confidential Funding.
