Reconciliations to be executed in a timely manner as designated by supervisor and per current GAAP and DOT regulations with consideration of audit/review requirements Prepare allocations between entities on both a transaction basis and percentage basis Coding of payables for multiple entities and processing of purchase orders acquiring proper approval for all transactions and maintaining purchase orders in the system for completion and follow up Communicate with vendors, customers, other associates and coordinate with offsite staff as needed Reconcile monthly credit card and vendor statements, including coding, collecting back up and follow up Processing sales and use tax returns as needed for multiple entities Prepare monthly closing information and year-end information as needed for tax preparation, review and audit with various analyses of transactions and report discrepancies for further review Assess, track and reconcile inter-company and intra-company transactions.
