This is a full time position atmosphere for several privately held related companies. We are looking for a positive person with a strong work ethic. Responsibilities will include: Fixed asset depreciation schedules and analysis Sales and Use tax returns and payments Bank account and balance sheet reconciliations Assist in preparation for quarterly/annual audits Complete month end closings Commission calculations Company Payroll Cobra oversight Assist in implementing new policies and procedures Manage and follow-through on departmental concerns Manage accounting personnel Other duties and responsibilities to support departmental goals and objectives where required Requirements: Degree in accounting or related field 5 years solid accounting experience 2 years management experience MS Office Suite with advanced Excel skill QuickBooks advanced Strong written and verbal skills Must be able to maintain confidentiality Ability to multi-task and keep deadlines Preferred.
