Big picture responsibilities include Recruiting, Content Management and Support of Technician interaction with the online system.
Recruiting & Technician Support Manager St. Louis Park, MN
Responsibilities: • RECRUITING: full-cycle recruiting including monitoring staffing needs across the United States, developing and implementing recruiting plans to fill those openings, posting jobs, pre-screening candidates, and developing and documenting on boarding process • PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT: ensuring technicians are prepared for, responding to and performing work according to company standards • TRAINING: training Technicians on how to use tracking system used to accept and perform work, how to act professionally, and how to communicate with clients and interact with Field Solutions • TECHNICIAN RELATIONS: promoting cooperation, enthusiasm and constructive feedback by technicians in use of system and performance of work; understanding the Technician perspective • CONTENT MANAGEMENT: maintaining our internal Technician database and web pages that monitor certifications and training completed, along with heading our communications materials such as newsletters and tech community website. • TECHNICIAN SUPPORT: email responses, phone responses & ensuring Technician issues are resolved
Qualifications: Must be an excellent communicator (both oral and written), customer service oriented, technically astute, have a professional style and be a self-starter. • 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience required • 3-5 years experience recruiting preferably in the electronics or technology field; prior experience using online recruiting techniques preferred • 3-5 years experience in customer service • Prior experience monitoring and providing training solutions preferred. • Expertise in managing desktop applications and updated web pages, newsletters, job postings, etc. required. • Prefer experience in providing support to field technicians/engineers highly desired
