The Accounting Manager is responsible for the workflow and processes within our four person accounting team. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for management of key reports and report analysis, including forecast reports, sales reports and inventory reports. This person must have significant inventory management experience and be able to oversee an evolving inventory management workflow. While this is a supervisory position, the Accounting Manager is a hands-on manager expected to roll up his or her sleeves and share in the workload. Some of the specific responsibilities of the Accounting Manager will be: Budgeting (short-term and long-term) Continuous review of processes and implementation of process improvements to increase profitability.
