Bates College invites applications for the position of Assistant/Associate Director of Career Services. This position focuses largely on employer relations and is responsible for overall event management, with help from Office of Career Services staff, of multiple student and alumni career programs. The Assistant/Associate Director works with on and off campus constituents to create new programming as necessary and works to sustain and develop relationships and collaborative programs with the following College offices and individuals: Bates College Alumni & Parents, Alumni & Parent Programs Office, College Advancement.
