Job Description:
Develop and implement key strategies for fundraising, grants, education and research, data initiatives, workforce goals and community needs within the Dallas-Fort Worth community.Ensure that quarterly data filing requirements to the state are met and modify procedures to comply with changing regulations.Develop and maintain data and information services which establish access to high-quality health care data, and effectively and efficiently translate this data into information to meet specific needs of member hospitals, affiliated physicians, business representatives, health care consumers, and other selected community organizations.Expand products and services, with available resources and by seeking addition resources to meet current and future information needs of member hospitals and the Dallas-Fort Worth community.Ensure credibility of products and services including reliability and validity of analyses, consistency of analyses and recommendations with standards of clinical care, and maintain scientific foundation.Promote activities in member health care facilities to facilitate improved patient and employee safety.Identify and respond to opportunities to collaborate and/or coordinate Data Initiative efforts with other internal data efforts (DFWHC/GroupOne) and external data efforts of other organizations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and the state of Texas.
