Serve as marketing coordinator as it relates to campus enrollment. Coordinate College Scholarship Program. Hire, train and supervise work-study students so that work is performed professionally and the office functions smoothly Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor degree. Superb working relationships with a variety of external and internal constituencies in which the incumbent represents the college. Demonstrated ability to organize responsibilities. Progressive computer technology skills. Ability to establish and maintain relationships of mutual respect and partnership with others in service territory. Ability to manage time and human resources optimally. Ability to work in a variety of teams. Fiscal management skills. Ability to develop memos, reports, letters, and presentations on area of responsibility. Excellent written and oral communications skills are required to effectively communicate with both external and internal audiences. Ability to understand and function within a computer database working environment. Demonstrated ability to act with integrity and ethics. Demonstrated ability to create and maintain a professional working environment. Ability to carry light loads (15-20 pounds) of college information materials. Ability to operate a motor vehicle and hold a valid driver's license. Preferred Qualifications: Limited working knowledge regarding the college operation and function.
