A strong history of technical accomplishments, at least 10 years of industrial, bio-chemical or protein biochemistry experience in biologics production, and successful managerial experience.:The Director should have experience partnering in developing processes for commercial biologic manufacturing BL A regulatory filing of a commercial process interfacing with US and European regulatory agencies for the development and manufacture of biologics managing operational and facility budgets developing high performance teams. The Director should have in depth knowledge of regulatory requirements for filing Biologics in the US and Europe in depth knowledge related to cell line development, cell culture and purification and process engineering, and effective communication tools to impact and influence people.
