Job Description:
As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will coordinate and direct shift employees to insure that quality animal feeds are manufactured and distributed in a safe environment and timely manner. You will also coach and train employees to follow all corporate and other regulatory programs and policies that manufacturing operations are based on. Required (Basic) Experience & Education 4-year college degree with 2+ years supervisory experience. Required Competencies & Other Skills Must possess leadership and supervisory skills, strong communication/interpersonal skills, decision making and problem solving skills, and the ability to plan and organize.Must possess a mechanical aptitude, demonstrated computer skills, and the ability to evaluate processes. Must be able to work as part of a team. Preferred Experience & Education Two years experience in feed production with supervisory experience desirable.
