Manage the overall activities of the operations to insure proper workflow, maintenance of production and shipping schedules, acceptable quality levels and inventory levels. Utilize facilities, workforce, and analysis of methods, materials and facilities to achieve economic operating cost using team management concepts and administration of work rules. Manage planning and production to direct production scheduling and production to ensure efficient production schedules, economic operating efficiencies and process capabilities and maintenance of current quality systems.
