SRCTec is Hiring: Deputy Production Program Manager Under the direction of a Production Program Manager, the Deputy Production Program Manager will manage and direct all phases of a production program, from contract award through transition to manufacturing, and delivery completion. Manager will also support the Material Resource Planning process in conjunction with the Material Control and Purchasing Departments to track cost, schedule, and performance; support Program Office on engineering change proposal and proposal development; develop and maintain product manufacturing transition schedules for new products from engineering to production. Requirements: Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization; ability to work in a cross-functional team environment; strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, most importantl.
