Supervision of Hourly Operations employees in a high-volume Manufacturing environment; 3+ years direct Supervision responsible for Shift performance with multiple production lines; 3+ years leading Lean Manufacturing continuous improvement including TPM, Six Sigma, Lean; 1+ years direct supervision of Union Employees; Excellent verbal and written English communications, formal presentations; Leadership of safety-costs-goals-quality-equipment- machinery, etc; Ability and willingness to relocate immediately to the Midwest US, relocation packagePreferred: CPG manufacturing; Ability and willingness to relocate again in 3 to 5 years for career advancement; Experienced Supervisor including performance management, conflict resolution, problem solving, etc; Certifications in Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, etcThis client has specifically asked me to help fill these priority positions; Apply Now Through Me; I have 7+ open positions and I will get you to the correct hiring manager immediately, faster than if you apply directly to the company; if you qualify I will contact you within 1 business dayAll positions require: excellent verbal and written English communications skills; hands-on experience and people leadership with all position requirements.
