Job Qualifications 1. Knowledge of Human Resources Management and Strategy as would normally be acquired through Master's level preparation in Business Administration, Hospital Administration, or Labor and Industrial Relations or equivalent combination of education and experience, including a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field. 2. A seasoned professional with five to ten years experience in a senior Human Resources leadership role, preferably within an academic healthcare setting.
