Job Description:
Provide input for employee performance evaluations Provide effective performance evaluations and disciplinary action as appropriate o Assist in recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training of team members o Effective, professional communication to all team members Provide effective motivational programs for staff including incentive programs and bonus opportunities Assist staff in meeting and exceeding budgeted goals Drive best practices through all club locations Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the PresidentAdministrative Team with HR to ensure proper procedures are being utilized for new hires, performance evaluations, disciplinary action and all other HR related issues Report sales and marketing performance to management Manual maintenance, revisions and development Updating guidelines and procedures as necessary Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the PresidentDepartment Development Development of new department initiatives Maintenance and further development of Health and Fitness Spa\'s Inc. certifications and continuing education seminars for the PFT and Group Fit Departments Ensuring proper education and training of staff including Fitness Supervisors, Group Fit Supervisors, Personal Trainers, Pilates Instructors and Group Fit Instructors Sales and marketing planning, preparation and implementation Promoting department quality improvement efforts Acting as a liaison with external companies on matters relating to services, products and equipment Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with those contacted in the course of duties Assisting in the opening of new club locations including hiring and training of personnel.
