Conditions of Employment Shifts: Positions may require incumbents to work some evenings/weekends. Travel: Travel throughout the county is required. Employees will be required to make provision for transportation. At the time of hire, a valid California driver license and proof of automobile liability insurance must be produced for the individual providing the transportation. Skills / Requirements Experience: Three years of post-license experience as a licensed therapist in a behavioral health or social services facility, which includes one year as a lead worker or full supervisor. Clearly distinguish between the dates of pre-licensed and licensed experience. License/Certificate: Must be licensed in the State of California as one of the following: Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (LP).
