Job Description:
This position will collaborate with the Director of the Center for Service, Work, and Learning to provide leadership, direction, strategic planning, programming, and evaluation in order to effectively deliver comprehensive career services for students from all majors, as well as alumni. Specifically, this person will: serve as a career counselor/advisor develop and administer career development outreach programs to students, faculty and other administrative and student support programs on campus assist with establishing partnerships with employers and help develop (include but are not limited to): A master\'s degree and 2-5 years of relevant experience required. Experience with administering and interpreting career interest inventories required and career counseling in higher education preferred. Must have exceptional presentation skills, be a self-starter, ability to manage projects independently, ability to build strong relationships with students and employers. The successful candidate will have experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented setting with the ability to cultivate relationships with academic departments, faculty and other campus departments and demonstrated organization, oral and written communication skills.
