Job Description:
Education and Training, who will need to be a self-starting, energetic, and highly motivated individual, to lead, grow, and manage the goals of the department. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Director is responsible for overseeing the development of industry education and training programs for companies in the packaging industry. NOTES: North American Residents Only. Negotiable Requirements The successful candidate will understand and articulate the goals of the association’s education and training program, to work with volunteer committee(s) to develop course content, contract with outside vendors, work with industry trainers and market programs to association members. The Director will be responsible for overseeing the department’s annual budget and for increasing the participation by the companies in the packaging industry in its programs. The Director has additional duties relating to technical issues within the industry and serves as the Association’s representative on outside technical committees. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
