Oversees the daily and administrative operations related to the management and disbursement of all student undergraduate scholarship programs and awards, both institutional and private. Oversees the Tennessee Educational Lottery Scholarship Programs. Oversees the customer service areas within the Financial Aid Office. Job Specifications: Requires a Master's Degree in Counseling, Communication, Leadership, Higher Education Administration or a related field and three years experience in higher education or an equivalent combination of related education and experience. Special Conditions: The department is especially interested in candidates who have experience in either financial aid or student recruitment and experience in Banner is also desired.
