Job Description: Responsibilities Role Summary Develop, analyze and implement training for new and existing internal clients. Essential Responsibilities Design effective training curriculum based on needs analysis. Develop course materials and job aids in a range of media formats. Use procedure and process information to design performance-based, active learning solutions. Implement training courses though effective coordination with internal resources and clients. Incorporate effective methods of evaluation. Measure training effectiveness and recommend course of improvement. Ensure that all course materials are updated regularly. Monitor course effectiveness and provide ongoing feedback to the training department, Service Excellence and internal clients. Facilitate training for all levels of the organization.High School Diploma/GED with 1+ year experience in adult learning, structuring curriculum, classroom instruction, and/or presenting concepts/ideas to varied audiences. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).to be considered for this position. Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States. Must be willing to comply with pre-employment screening, including but not limited to drug testing, reference verification, and background check.
