The responsibilities and duties of this position include but are not limited to:GÇó Managing the activities and personnel of the Global IT Helpdesk GÇó Review, monitor, and analyze performance of support personnel, review response times, and problem logs GÇó Identify trends in helpdesk call activity and recommend/implement corrective action GÇó Enforce and establish standard procedures and practices to ensure efficient operation the Global IT Helpdesk GÇó Recommend changes in IT strategy and/or hardware/software enhancements to increase employee productivity GÇó Perform regular customer surveys and other quality control mechanisms to measure end user satisfaction with IT helpdesk GÇó Other duties as assignedQualifications GÇó BA/BS degree or higher GÇó Minimum 7 to 10 years job experience in Information Technology or related field; previous helpdesk management experience preferred, but not required GÇó Proficiency in PC skills.
