Job Description:
Candidate will be responsible for the design and management of projects, monitoring and adhering to budgets and schedules, performing QC reviews on projects, and leading technical staff in the development of the projects. Freeway, bridge, and interchange design experience preferred. The candidate should be comfortable in working with team members involved in all modes of transportation including freight rail, transit, passenger rail, ports and shippers. In addition, candidate should also have the ability to source new clients as well as build larger relationships with existing clients. Prior executive level client relationships and business development experience a plus. A competitive personality-type and over-the-top work ethic relative to marketing is highly desired. Must be a strong leader, with strong sales, management, communication (written and oral) and technical skills. Candidate should have a strong business development background and examples of their excellent winning proposal-writing and presentation skills.
