Job Description:
Primary responsibilities for the Deputy Program Manager include: 'Daily coordination with the City's Program Manager on issues related to program objectives, performance, schedule, and budget. 'Initiation and maintenance of liaisons with Program Manager and City contacts to facilitate program activities. 'Supervision and management of Project and Task Managers responsible for technical activities related to the program. 'Representation of MWH in program meetings. 'Assessment of technical staffing needs for the program and identification of appropriate MWH staff to meet the needs. 'Regular coordination with MWH Chicago Business Unit management regarding the status and performance of MWH on the program. 'Consistently adhering to and enforcing internal Company processes and policies such as business and contracting rules. 'Successfully managing MWH's involvement in this program with regard to delivery, quality, budget, and schedule using MWH's Manage the Project principles. Qualifications 'BS Degree in Civil Engineering or related field 'Professional Engineering License, with ability to obtain license in Indiana within 6 months 'Minimum of 10 years experience in the planning.
