Job Description:
GENERAL FUNCTIONS: The duties of the Manager of Utility Engineering shall consist of those jobs necessary, but not limited to the construction, operation, performance of the water distribution and cross connection facilities, supervision of Distribution employees, Capital Budget planning, O&M planning and budgeting, as well as adherence to the Division\'s Capital and Operating budgets. The facilities include water distribution and transmission mains, booster stations, fire hydrants, services, and other water distribution systems served by Aqua Illinois, Inc. NOTES: Eligible for Chairman's Award. Requirements SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL OR REGISTRATION QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must have a high school diploma or the equivalent. A BS degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of experience is also required.
