Organizational Description Organized in 1994, Creighton Medical Associates is a 225 physician, academic multispecialty faculty practice plan that supports the clinical mission of the Creighton University School of Medicine. CMA is a division of the School of Medicine, serving over 100,000 patients per year in the Omaha metropolitan area and rural regions of Nebraska and Iowa. CMA physicians represent 36 specialties, practicing on the CUMC campus, community based clinics and rural outreach clinics. CUMC is jointly owned by Tenet Corporation and Creighton University. Position Description The Senior Director/Chief Financial Officer will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of Creighton Medical Associates, with an indirect reporting relationship to the School of Medicine CFO. The Senior Director will be responsible for directing and leading the finance and accounting for CMA. This includes advising executive leadership on the financial analysis and review of prospective ventures, partnerships and joint arrangements, financial reporting and forecasting, and financial controls/systems/processing for the faculty practice plan.
