This is a project based position requiring the ability to work independently and coordinate others. Position will maintain departmental records and budgets, work closely with Accounts Payable to manage and reconcile invoices and interface with outside vendors as needed. Position will help coordinate IT project , calendars and budgets as well as prepare correspondence and presentations and make travel arrangements.Must have a minimum of 3+years experience in administrative support in a financial firm, be able and willing to take ownership and work independently as well as work as part a fast paced team. Must be able to multitask and learn new programs quickly.
