Job Description:
This role will also oversee definition and development of the product specific workflows that will drive tangible improvement to our clients onboarding experiences. Major responsibilities: Create the strategic vision and roadmap for onboarding with Product, Service, Operations and Technology partners. Construct onboarding planning and strategy documents to support ongoing socialization, program reviews, and planning sessions. Manage the team that will develop product specific workflows to support the Investor Services and Clearance & Agency businesses. This includes developing plans regarding how enterprise onboarding tools (e.g. SKYC, Documentation Manager) need to be intergrated into the specific Investor Services and Clearance & Agency workflows. Develop business cases in order to fund and launch specific projects. Support annual investment-related budget cycle through organization, communication, and presentation of recommended strategic and tactical initiatives as well as ongoing financial forecasting. Insure that Investor Services and Clearance & Agency requirements are reflected in the plans of enterprise tools so that they meet the onboarding needs of the Investor Services and Clearance & Agency businesses.
