Job Description:
The Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) at our Trpon Bay Branch location has primary responsibility for the daily operational issues relating to the branch, and assisting with the Human Resource Management of the branch including: training, cross-training, staffing, team-building, retention and coaching/counseling. The ABM also supports the efforts of cross-sale opportunities to other lines of business, and must meet or exceed assigned goals relative to quality, quantity and referrals. Requirements: 2-4 years progressive sales and supervisory experience in a financial environment, demonstrated leadership and coaching ability and a broad knowledge of bank products, policies and procedures. Must have a working knowledge of credit products and procedures and effective communication skills.
