Represents shareholders' perspectives to executive management and prepares them for meetings with investors and/or analysts. Ability to integrate with Financial Planning and Analysis team and Reporting Manager regarding accounting and operational performance issues and in preparation of SEC filings and annual reports to shareholders, as well as quarterly and annual earnings announcements Effectively communicate the company's operational and financial performance, while establishing realistic expectations for future performance. Will be responsible for developing and maintaining corporate investor presentations for the financial community. Develop and maintain effective relationships with research analysts, institutional investors, retail brokers, financial journalists and regulators. Serve as primary contact for all shareholder inquiries and requests for information from investors. Monitor and communicate to the CEO/CFO the company's institutional ownership, trading trends, and target investors. Stay apprised of the markets' response to company results and keeps executive management informed. Assists with planning and managing the annual investor relations event calendar, including investor conferences and road shows, the annual shareholder meeting, and quarterly earnings announcements. Oversee quarterly earnings calls including content development.
