JOB FUNCTION: To assist with managing the workflow of associates who review and analyze available information in order to detect fraudulent activity on Demand Deposit Accounts and protect the Bank from losses due to this activity. REGULAR DUTIES: · The ability to manage the workflow and perform all fraud control functions (kites, new accounts and check fraud) within the department according to departmental guidelines at any given time. · Review fraud suspect reports for suspicious account activity. · Conduct an on-line review of accounts with suspicious activity and request copies, or pull manually, possible fraudulent transactions.
