Job Description:
Possess a thorough understanding of accounting and business practices for the architectural/engineering industry. Job Requirements: Professional degree in an accredited architecture or engineering program. Broad experience of at least 10 years in an architectural/engineering, military construction or associated environment. Experience in the production of design and construction deliverables for USACE, NAVFAC or GSA. Experience in the charrette process of design with clients. Experience with the Savannah District Corps of Engineers, Mobile District Corps of Engineers and/or NAVFAC Jacksonville is desirable. Registration as an Architect or Professional Engineer in the states of North Carolina and/or South Carolina, or the ability and commitment to obtain such registration within six months through reciprocity. Limited travel as requried to meet training and project requirements. Must be able to manage multiple responsibilities to accomplish the goals and objectives of the Division and the Company. Must have a thorough understanding and knowledge of the architectural and engineering industry, including the Federal, State, and local laws and regulations that pertain to the industry. Must be able to provide leadership, integrity, and commitment to the organizational mission. Must have high capabilities in written and verbal communications. Must have strong interpersonal skills, as they relate to people both inside and outside the organization.
