Job Description:
Responsibilities:This position is responsible for supervising the project management team as well as providing design and project management services to support the Company occupied locations, both leased and owned.Principal Responsibilities: Program, design, schedule, coordinate and manage the implementation of major capital projects as well as any other assigned projects. Duties include determining programming requirements, arranging for or completing test fits on CADD, producing schedules and budgets, and coordinating the project with internal customers and partners such as Information Technologies, Telecommunications, and Purchasing. Responsible for coordinating the efforts of external vendors including landlords, architects, engineers, contractors and furniture dealers to ensure an efficient, cost effective, process for assigned projects. Coordinate and manage construction cost estimates and bids solicited from team participants for selected outside contractors and vendors in accordance with Compliance policies and procedures. Present appropriate recommendations to customer and management for awarding contracts and ensure during the course of the project that contract deliverables are met within budget and on time.
