Manage team which designs, develops, and implements cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipmentGÇó Hardware Development: Directs the activities of a hardware development function for electronic design, mechanical design, and/or hardware reliability.GÇó Software Development: Directs the activities of a software development function for software systems, applications, and/or software quality assurance.GÇó Systems Design: Directs the activities of an integrated hardware/software systems design function.GÇó Establish strategies for test, burn-in, and lifetest infrastructure improvements.GÇó Plans the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devicesGÇó Lead integrated system design efforts, and giving guidelines to each project members.GÇó Evaluate, spec, procure and implement test, burn-in, lifetest equipments, and software.GÇó Support production on immediate test and burn-in equipment related issues.
