Job Description:
Assist business units or technical department in requirement analysis, PC/LAN technology and operational aspects of a wide variety of technologies including Active Directory, print services, software distribution, system monitoring and maintenence, capacity planning, messaging and collaboration tools. Schedule and manage projects and tasks by delegating work to staff as required and monitor progress. Monitor workload of staff and provide additional resources when necessary. Provide direction and support for staff through training and counseling. Generally establish technical standards and section policy. Assist with budgetary planning and analysis for business unit projects and Technical Operations. Ensure that each deployment project meets all customer, budgetary and time-line expectations. Conduct staff performance appraisals on time for all staff. Ensuring staff compliance with time accounting and cost recovery procedures. Implement projects according to plan and schedule developed in conjunction with business units and/or technical departments.
