Job Description:
The Call Center Manager will supervise and provide technical direction to the Property Management Program including; review and approval of work requests, prepare estimates of time and materials required to complete jobs, makes determination as to method of work accomplishment, determination and assignment of proper work priorities, preparation of work schedules for all Physical Plant operations including emergency, periodic maintenance, operations and services and scheduled work orders. This manager will: Operate and manage a complete computerized data base of all work requirements, inputs data, produces reports and schedules, coordinate with all maintenance supervisors and keeps the General Manager informed of work plans and status of ongoing work. Create updates and manages a work history system by facility and type of work performed. Prepares reports and accomplishes research relative to maintenance control, preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance and documents completion of such work. Track all work orders, completion of work orders and follow up with customer to determine their satisfaction with completed work Manages 3 clerical professionals with responsibilities around financial and administrative support functions Produces and manages a facilities inspection schedule and serves as a property control designee. Provide personal interface with the school community to insure responsive, timely and accurate responses. Provides excellent customer service to callers who need assistance and to the managers and technicians who respond to the needs.
