Job Description:
Work involves strategic planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the activities of several divisions of Public Works. Determine major departmental policies, plan long term programs and make administrative and professional decisions. Plan, assign, direct and exercise general supervision and leadership over employees engaged in a wide variety of public services, construction, maintenance and operating tasks. Must have seven years of increasingly responsible management experience in a public sector environment or closely related operations. A Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration or closely related field, or Bachelor of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering or closely related field, or equivalent experience required.
