Job Description:
Serve as functioning member of the Business Improvement Team. · Implement and champion Lean Manufacturing and TCT initiatives. Facilitate and support C.A.R.E. and TBL · Lead, train, and develop supervisors to help them progress toward achievement of their career leadership goals. · Oversee quality, portion control and HACCP compliance (including foodservice sanitation and food code compliance). · Coordinate AA domestic cycle changes and presentations for the Food Department. · Utilize Best Practices to maintain food cost targets. · Frequently interact with customers. · Ensure effective staffing and scheduling of Supervisors and hourly employees to achieve food production standards, schedules and budgets. · Ensure effective communication within department, and with other management team members. Train, lead, and follow up on production to meet customer standards.
