Second Shift Team Manager to manage processes in Carpet Manufacturing. Must perform all work in a logical, orderly, and skillful manner. Act as a facilitator to aid associates in examining and improving the ways in which they work together to achieve results. Manage group discussions and promote the effectiveness of associates by one-to-one discussions, and discipline when necessary. Must be able to communicate directions and goals to associates. Also must be able to develop and maintain a working knowledge of each process. Conduct evaluations of associates on team as well. 4 year college degree required. Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing preferred. Salary Grade 5 Job Location Cartersville, GA, US. Position Type Full-Time/Regular
