Job Description:
Responsibilities include overseeing the operations of all chapters, providing training and developing programs for chapter leaders. Manages member service department including membership processing and membership drive. Maintains chapter/member resource area on website. Serves as primary staff liaison to the Council on Membership. Frequent telephone and e-mail contact with school administrators, association leaders and members. Interaction with ADA membership and data processing staff. Moderate travel and weekend/overtime required. This position reports to the Executive Director. NOTES: Local Residents Preferred (No Relo). Salary is commensurate with experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field. Three to five years work experience in related field; association experience preferred. Proven project management skills and previous membership and chapter development work in an association environment preferred. Proficiency and experience with association management software. Excellent project management and analytical skills; ability to problem- solve, multi-task, attention to detail, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, professionalism. Strong supervisory skills. Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
