Job Description:
Serve as a coach and mentor for teammates, both within and outside of the home organization. The role will include the application of process management and process improvement techniques to resolve production concerns. Use problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills to develop innovative solutions to manufacturing problems. Instructs others in continuous improvement tools and principles. Assists in formatting updated training materials. Leads and facilitates (Lean tool certified) process improvement efforts. Supports advanced continuous improvement tool application. Participates in strategy development. Conducts Beta tests on new tools.
